Help with GvG Build
Thank you all for your suggestions, almost completely re-designed the build as per suggestions and a few of my own idea's,
Dropped the hammer warrior because i saw AoS quite frequently in the obs mode games i watched. Running body blow over executioners for an extra DW on para's. Added conjure for extra dps
The ranger had to drop for a cruel spear for more dps on spike/pressure additional heals always help so im running never surrender for pressure allivation, the team can achieve a total of +7 regen from Never Surrender and Recuperation,
Switched the WT to a B-Surge that is run by [rawr] that can snare as well as assist spikes, would like to fit hex breaker on the bar if at all possible as my players are still learning how to avoid d-shot/diversion
I wanted to keep the disabling theme to an extent so im running power block on the mesmer, i have also seen overload on mesmers in obs mode, particularly on p-block bars so ill give that a shot, if it didnt work ill swap out for shame and if p-block doesnt work out ill just go to standard e-surge or glyph
RC stayed the same WoH changed for more healing, rof dropped for patient spirit, draw dropped for dismiss
We right we have the following build on imperial isle

Atleast what i think or what i like
Draw on monk atleast what i think is waste of energy :/ Id liked Dissmiss/mending toucher for healing power too
- Drain Enchantment
I'd liek moar Shatter and i like the new Physical Instability..
Player 4: Elementalist/Mesmer
- Water Trident {E}
- Freezing Gust
- Ice Spikes
- Glowing Ice
- Blurred Vision
- Glyph of Lesser Energy
- Ward Against Melee
- Resurrection Signet
Tbh just think its waste :/ Icy Shackles > Trident, can run AoS, strafe etc
Glowing ice out
Maybe Water Attunement if spamming Trident etc
Player 3: Ranger/Monk
- Magebane Shot {E}
- Distracting Shot
- Screaming Shot
- Apply Poison
- Mending Touch
- Natural Stride
- Troll Unguent
- Resurrection Signet
He wont have much time spamming Screaming so, get it for Hunter Sloth, and idk but personally like Crippling better thou since u allready have snarer its no purpose..
So my conclussion:P
Crippling Ranger > Magebane - More Surviveability, due to snare, versitality, dont like mesmer and rangers + ranger whit bleed + poision in a not pressure build o.O
Snare Ele < Something else x) i dont really like em :/ Just use a crippling ranger and he takes booth rooles
REst looks fine
Since you have druids isle, split cappability is extrmely important > Mystic Regen, Mind Blast or something:P or did they get totally nerf?

i do agree that water attune>glowing ice but our core snare ele swears by it and from what ive seen he is completely fine on energy with glowing ice, and wt eles are going to almost contstantly focusing on the warriors(basically a b-surge replacement) and warriors arent going to stop swinging at the monks and start straffing to avoid wt, also...i have almost NEVER seen AoS on prot bars in GvG
also draw is only for the RC, if the rc gets conditions the draw gets them off the rc and the rc in turns takes them off
shatter is on most of the mesmer builds i suggested already, i like drain enchantment for the e-managment
i have been considering a cripshot over the mage but again it comes down to what our members are best at and our ranger is devastating with magebane/d-shot but i will drop screaming for sloth hunters
also i know druids is split friendly, so can anyone else suggest a better hall, im personally fond of burning, this build is strong 8v8 and we can snare them in lava while they push/fall back but idk how my guildees would be on that
thanks for your imput, it will all be considered and talked with amongst the guild

You've never seen AoS on prot bars in GvG??? I see that all the time.
WoH monk needs less draw and more dismiss imo (the heal is necessary... you have aegis to fuel it).
--> The monk bars that you have now don't have nearly enough red bar push... I would bring dismiss on the WoH AND patient on one of the two monks (preferably on the WoH instead of RoF).
Crip Shot Ranger > Magebane Ranger - More versatility. Better snaring capability. Better for splitting.
B-surge > Water Trident - Better on spike assisting (Gale offtarget monk... Orb is imba now).
Basically all I can say about your balanced build is that it splits poorly compared to other balanced builds you will see. Having a speed buff on your snare is important... you dont have it. Having splitability on your snare is important... you dont have it.
Your mesmer bar is terribaed tbh... what are you going to Arcane Theivery??? Glyphe of Lesser Energy??? Res sig???... tbh, its bad.
Frontline is fine...
Your Frontline
--> W/E Evis
--> W/Rt Magehunter's
Midline
--> R/Mo Crip Shot
--> Me/E Glyph of ______ (its better than other options IMO)
--> E/Mo B-surge (Orb, Gale, Hex Breaker)
Backline
--> Mo/E WoH (red bar push pls)
--> Mo/E RC
--> Rt/A WoR or CC are both fine imo

I'd go for a bsurge too, but that would mean switching to a cripshot. Orb is almost too good not to have.
I would just drop Arcane Larceny. Having just one copy of it will probaly not help your party much unless you get really lucky with the spells you steal. We run plock/Hum sig on our mesmer bar to better deal with the annoying hex breaker bsurge.

mi advice is to try and make adjustements to your balanced build(if that is what u want to run)untill u get what is best used by the people in your team,or till u think u achieved the best build that curently suits your play style.
shock axe build is fine,some people use body blow insted of executioner strike
hammer warrior build is fine to ,some people use earthshacker
ranger build is fine to,some people use burning arrow or cripshot
the ele is most of the times a b-surge
for the mesmer i would lose the elite either a glyph or e-surge,and bring power leak,shame along to insted of larceny and e-burn
the monk bars change depending each ones preference but its the same build
generaly haveing and rc prot monk and a woh monk.

2 Axe warriors with only bulls strike as movement control would give you to much kiting. I would take shock over conjure. Maybe even two shocks and have the mesmer have [[flesh of my flesh] and the ele [[death pact signet]

1.-i think both wars are ok..maybe drop conjure for shock.
2.-paragon is fine.
3.-ele I know the bar is ok, but i like the common bar with ward + hex breaker or mantra of concetration.
4.-mesmer I dont like overload, its fine for spikes. Power Block is good, but the mes has to very good using it to see great results.
5.-monks are ok
6.-rit runner: caretakers is a strong template....on burning. U have imperial well its a small map but isnt hard to split cause u dont need thief. Strong for spikes, but not too strong against split.
